Overall, this is a great addition to a tool belt. The sheepskin is surprisingly comfy and helps aid weight distribution. For me though, I have a size large leather belt that I wear on the last hole. I ordered a large belt liner. That seems about the right fit but I wish that the keeper straps were laid out slightly differently. Ultimately, it is great. I makes my belt very comfortable. If I had to have any issue, it does make me feel bulky and it does add weight to the rig as a whole. I plan on keeping it in my rotation of belt setups to continue breaking it in and use it when I need it.I wear a large belt so I read everything on this page and ordered a large belt liner. Well it is way to big and does not even come close to fitting. I would recommend getting a medium if you wear a large belt.Very comfortable and well made, if interested in buying for occidental belt go based on the size of the belt. I had bought a size small since I was looking through the reviews and someone suggested to get a size small if you’re a size 32 and well when I tried the belt liner on it was too small. Unfortunately I had to pay for the return shipping. My occidental belt size is a M and the M belt liner fits perfectly and covers my hip and is comfortable to use on a daily basis.Wish I would of sized down after almost a year of use. The sides of the belt dig right into my hip. Leaving rub Mark's at the end of the day when I bend over to do layout.Nice quality belt but be aware the sizing chart is totally inaccurate. I have a 32 in waist so i ordered the medium because thats what was recommended by there chart saying it would fit up to 37 in waist. That was a lie youd be lucky if it fit a 28 in waist get a size bigger than they say you need for sureMakes wearing tool belt comfortable on your hips without pulling your pants down.Doesn't feel hot in warmer temps either.I liked the comfort of this but medium was too big for a medium belt. I would get a small liner for a medium belt.Size up this ran small. I read the reviews to check sizing and they lead me in the wrong direction should have bought larger than I did so it sat over my hips fully.This makes one hell of a difference with the blood flow throughout my hips and back. Add some suspenders to this system and you’ll be working away with no pain/pinch all day long. Even in the summer the sweat is at a minimum around my waist.
