I loved everything about the bag. From the pockets to the color. ONLY thing I would change is the rubber part that keeps the bag from falling on your shoulder. I have long hair and it keeps getting caught underneath the bag. Especially when I put the bag on my shoulder. It’s a minor issue. I’ll live.Have several Lug bags. This is easiest to get into and close. Two way zipper. Need only one hand to open/close. Better than the Lug Medium Crossbody-Alpine which requires two hands to open/close. Lots of room. Handy pockets in front. Large zip pocket in back. Love the loop on top to carry it by hand. Light weight. Use it as a purse every day. Holds a wristlet I use as a wallet and take out to go in stores. Happy, happy, happy.Beautiful bold red with white polka dots reminds me of Minnie! I bought this for our Disney trip this fall and to use for traveling. The interior is smaller than I thought it would be but it worked out great! The pockets are deep on the outside, 2 photos for reference of size, one fits a Nintendo switch in a case with room for more. The upper pocket on the back fit my phone and a sun glass case. Although very room, I don’t think the interior would be able to hold larger electronics like a laptop but my switch and iPad fit just fine. 2 side pockets for water bottles, my 32oz hydroflask didn’t fit but my sons 20oz slimmer one did.This will be great to lug around Disney without feeling bulky or heavy. I love the grips on the inside of the straps by the shoulders. Overall, very happy with the bag!This is the most comfortable backpack/purse I've ever owned. And I own at least a dozen Lug backpacks/bags of varying sizes. This one may just hit the sweet spot of capacity, ease of wearing, lightweight-ness and durability! (The only other one that comes close is the Lug Zipliner with it's 2sec conversion from bag to backpack. I love and own two of those.)For me, the main drawback to Hatchback 3 is that I cannot quit fit a full size clipboard into it and zip it up. Full size folders and papers DO fit and zip up, because I can slightly curve their top corners to tuck them inside. I can even tuck my condensed walking stick into the main compartment. It sticks out the top center. But the dual zippers let me keep it centered, and I don't even notice it's in there when I'm walking (but don't need to use it early in the day!)There are plenty of pockets (hidden as well as obvious) and storage places. Tho I admit to finding the phone pocket frustrating to use bc it's tucked so well under the top of the shoulder straps. I only use it when I need to carry 2 of my 24oz bottles of water in the side pockets and thus can't have my phone in one of those side "bottle" pockets.The streamlined shape keeps the bag hugging my back and effortlessly balances any contents I put into it. I have pinned the strap ends in place (once I found the best length for the straps,) as they were not staying put with the elastic retainers. That was an easy fix. I get compliments often on the purple color of the bag too. It stands up to load as well as when plunked on the floor next to my chair. I will possibly purchase another one this summer, but I think my 10+ years-long search for the "just right" backback/purse has finally ended successfully with the Lug Hatchback 3! ?I'm obsessed with this bag. So many pockets, great material, holds a lot, super comfortable.This has been the perfect backpack for me. It is extremely well made and durable. It has lots of compartments and pockets. It is lightweight and just the right size for me. Plus, I love the color and I will never forget it in the back of a taxi. I receive tons of compliments.Can’t wait to bring my Mini backpack to my next trip to Disneyland!!!I was originally going to go for a loungefly bag but realized it made no sense due to its size and needing to prepare for the day with 2 kids.This bag worked perfectly! The pattern and color vibrancy is just as the photo shows, shoulder pads were well padded, iPhone pocket in the back kept my phone within reach without taking the bag off, and the storage pockets worked great. I would def def recommend this bag!The Pros: This is a lovely, pretty backpack with lots of pockets and storage space. It holds everything you typically carry in your purse without feeling heavy or bulky. The padded shoulder straps make it extra comfortable to carry. However, now for the Cons: The second time I used this bag, the zipper on the clear pocket inside broke (and there was just a comb and a tube of lipstick in that pocket, so it wasn't over packed) so that it now can't be zipped up or unzipped but instead just hangs open, which is rather inconvenient. I contacted the seller, who stated that their liability is limited to 30 days after delivery, and since I have surpassed that time frame there is nothing they can do. I expected more from a Lug product, and it isn't an inexpensive bag, but sadly it looks like I will just have to live with the broken zipper. Prior to this I had debated purchasing another one in a different colour, but won't be doing that now.Used this beautiful bag as my "travel purse" and it was perfect. Well made, attractive, very well thought out pockets, lightweight, water resistant: it's perfection.Very compact and durablePerfect! I love it ?
