The pictures do not do this justice! I was very surprised and impressed when I received this cushion. First, it’s quite heavy, firm, and well made. It does arrive compressed; so, it needs some fluffing and time to fill out to its potential. Mind you, the fluffing took some effort. Did I mention it’s quite heavy and firm? So, I gave it a good beating to try and get it to fill out a little more quickly.Now, the removable cover is a very soft, smooth, velour type fabric. It is easy to spot clean, but can be removed for gentle washing.Overall, I absolutely love this cushion! I use it in bed when reading or watching a little tv before lying down for sleep. It holds up to me leaning against it without any noticeable difference in flattening. I fluff it about once a week now, and I have nothing to complain about. If you are looking for a cushion like this and aren’t sure about it, give this one a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.Update: I have now had this cushion for a while. The photos are what it looks like now. Notice any difference? Me either! It’s an amazingly comfortable and durable cushion, and well worth the price!
