I like this bag for a few reasons. The main one is that it got wheels on. The wheels work great but pretty loud when dragging (esp when I compared it with Sherpa on wheels. They are smoother and not tipsy at all. smooth like silk) I like this bag over Sherpa on wheels because it got a window on the side so my dog can let her head out. Moreover, Pet Gear with wheels got 2 lil pockets so I can put a lil something in there. I got a small size for my 7 lb dog. I thought it was a bit too small but after my dog got used to it, it's not so bad after all. The only downside is that this bag is VERY TIPSY. If you have a hyper dog, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product. But since my dog will just sit or down (in the middle of the bag) so it's all good. If you dog tends to lean on the side of the bag,it will fall. I got 3 dogs. The other 2 are HYPER. They fell every 5 secs...they are scared of the bag already LOLOL
