I bought it a month ago. I used it every night during sleep. I felt it only the first two nights. It is very easy to used. After it, I got used to it. I put it on the way like wearing a sock. Both are comfortable.One massage works very good too. Use a thumb to press on the top of the foot where starts from between the bones of two toes. Continue slide and press up and down. Move onward up to half of the foot. Someone does it for you is a lot better because it is very painful. After that, hot pad covers it for half hour. When it got well, it shouldn't be that pain. I once suddenly couldn't walk in the beach, my husband did that massage for me. The pain was gone and I could walk a while more. At that time, I haven't used any bunion regular yet.
