The product fits very well. With the leg straps, it's more like a jockstrap that supports the scrotum from being smashed between the legs. I have had 24 hour scrotum "pain" for years and have tried several scrotal supports, but none worked very well and some actually increased pain. I knew what I needed and this product is the answer. Have been wearing it for 4 days and nights. No pain or discomfort. I bought the small size which might have been too small. Have ordered a medium. At this time I have no scrotum pain. One suggestion for the Company is to increase the size of the hole. It needs to have a bit more room.Update: Size Medium arrived and the pouch was the correct size. So, an excellent product, perfect fit and provide very comfortable but sufficient scrotum support. NO pain since wearing this scrotal supporter w/ leg straps. Most all other products caused more pain. A great choice!
